CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than a 24 hours' notice and no-shows will incur a 50% non-refundable service charge. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel with less than a 24 hours’ notice or no-show, your deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to rebook. A 5-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you’re more than 5 minutes late, your service may be need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients. I understand that unforeseen circumstances and emergencies may arise. Open communication is essential. So, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or you anticipate arriving late, please notify me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
